Made using rosellas and cucumbers grown at Evergrow Componics Farm, this small-batch shrub is crafted using traditional fermentation methods with a certified modern touch. Rosella — a variety of hibiscus — has long been valued in folk traditions for its antioxidant-rich properties and vibrant, tart flavour. Paired with cooling cucumber, the result is a drink that feels both uplifting and grounding.

Naturally fermented, it contains beneficial probiotics that support gentle digestion — making it a nourishing, gut-friendly alternative to sugary drinks or alcohol.

How to Use

• Add 20–30ml to sparkling water for an instant botanical refresher
• Use as a base for cocktails or mocktails
