By registering for a workshop with Merry Little Elderberry, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

No Refund Policy: All workshop bookings are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, missed sessions or change of mind.

Transfers & Spot Swaps: If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person. Please let us know their name and contact details at least 48 hours before the workshop. Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to a future workshop of equal value, subject to availability, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you’ll be offered a full credit toward a future workshop or a full refund. We are not responsible for other costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

Health & Safety: Please advise us of any allergies or health conditions relevant to the workshop content before attending.
