Learn time-honoured herbal remedies for cold and flu season. You’ll make and take home your own herbal cough syrup remedy, plus recipe notes to keep and use all winter long.

Workshop 2 — Topical Healing with Herbs (13 June)

Learn how to confidently support minor injuries at home using traditional herbal remedies and practical natural first aid techniques. Take home a traditional Stop Bleed herbal powder and Sting remedy.
